The number of travelers in each group will also determine the total cost. High season and low season strongly impact the minimum pricing. Prices will increase on January 1st of the travel year. CLASSIC tour (Rome):
$3,000 per person
Full adventure planning with myself as your private tour guide by your side, as you experience Rome or any of OUR pre-determined destinations. Simply gather a group of friends or family and meet me at the destination:

$3,500 per person
Full adventure planning with myself as your private tour guide by your side, as you experience Rome or any of YOUR desired destinations in Italy. Simply gather a group of friends or family, choose a travel date and a destination:

depending on your group’s desires while in Italy, I will create a custom set of culinary and cultural activities day trips and experiences, that perfectly match your needs and the availabilities of your chosen location
CONSULTATION planning:
$1000 flat fee
Full adventure planning only (without me present). You and your group of friends and family will travel to Italy on your own, with the confidence of DivoraRoma’s planning to back you up. We will work together to determine the best timeline for your travels and I will take care of prepping lodging, reservations for dining and cooking lessons and more
5 day adventures as a minimum is any one location (highly recommended in order to truly experience life as a local)
3 in-person consultations to determine your travel wishes (i.e.: desired activities and more), though I am always available vie email and phone between in-person meetings
full planning, schedule/timeline organizing, reservation-making, facilitation, translations, suggestions for local discounts and specials, information on hidden secrets, on location personal contacts and much more (so you may arrive at your destination with confidence)

RESERVATIONS:
The reservation fee for CLASSIC and CUSTOM adventures is $1000 per traveler
This fee puts you on the list for your chosen Divora-series trip in a first come first served basisThe fee is fully refundable within 7 days of payment
It becomes fully transferable to another Divora trip between 7 and 14 days of paymentThe official travel agreement is emailed to you along with the online invoice. We accept all major credit cards
The full balance is due 5 months prior to your trip’s first day. Payment plans are available upon request
